CYTED (Ibero-American Science and Technology Development Program)

The Ibero-American Science and Technology Development Program was created in 1984 and it was ratified by 19 countries.
Its main objective is to contribute to the harmonic development of the Ibero-American Region through establishing cooperation mechanisms among the research groups of the universities, the Research and Development Centers, the innovative enterprises of the Ibero-American countries that are interested in obtaining scientific and technological results transferable to the productive systems and the social policies.

PROMFI (Quality Papers, Safety and Efficacy of Ibero-American Medicinal Plants).
This entity is in charge of preparing research papers dealing with the quality, safety, and efficacy of Ibero-American plant drugs with the purpose of contributing to a standardization that helps both the sanitary authorities as the pharmaceutical industry and their suppliers.
Lisanatura is in charge of the description of Hombre grande (Quassia amara).
